I just left this location extremely disappointed. I’ve been holding off on getting a Seiko watch I’ve had my eye on... for a while because I wanted to buy it locally. I stopped by the other night and they were closed already so I decided to come back today. I was pretty happy because after looking around in the store I saw that they do carry the model I was looking for. The only thing was that it was blue instead of black. I was not set on black and wanted to see how the blue one looked and if it fit properly I was going to buy it. I asked if they had it in black so I could compare them but the woman working there stated they didn’t. I asked her if I could try it in blue. It’s a pretty big watch and I wanted to make sure it was a comfortable fit. She told me that if I wasn’t sure I was going to get the blue one that I couldn’t try it on because she would have to disinfect it after. I was surprised by this statement. I’ve tried watches at other places and they always disinfect it before and after the try on.
Am I expected to $$$ on a piece without knowing if it’s going to fit properly?
She sounded a little irritated that I even dare to ask. If the store was packed I could understand it but there was no one else other than me.
I don’t know if it’s company policy or not but her approach was poor at best. If it is in fact company policy, then there are better ways of delivering the message.read more

Was casually strolling around the mall for wedding bands for him and her. We’re a COVID couple so we had to put... wedding plans on hold for the time being so we thought it’d be fun to get married by paperwork for now until we can resume wedding planning. We saw a photo of an Engagement ring here and contacted them, Very friendly helpful staff, they offered to securely... post it to us but we wanted to 'touch it' .. we visited the store and completed the purchase at a very reasonable price.
They have an excellent selection of both gold and silver rings, engagement rings, earrings, necklaces, watches etc.
